A facilitated Asian/Pacific American panel will share stories about their diverse paths of becoming senior IT leaders and provide their perspectives and advice on how to create and honor a diverse workforce culture. We will discuss approaches to overcome challenges such as un/conscious bias or imposter syndrome that may have relevance to minorities.

Outcomes: Understand the importance of, and recognize the value that comes from, a diverse leadership team and workforce * Gain awareness of, and identify strategies to handle, un/conscious bias * Reflect on your own career goals and be informed of the skills needed to move into a leadership role
