The pandemic afforded the University of South Carolina an opportunity to enhance its IT Service Management model. This is the first step in an ongoing program at the university to optimize distributed IT teams and business functions. By optimizing IT, we seek a future state in whcih IT business functions are offered as enterprise-level services according to standardized levels of quality.
