Session 2: Not everyone lives and breathes project management like we do. Our co-workers are often thrust into project management roles, and we can always use more advocates for project management in our organization. Learn plain English tips and tricks for helping empower others to manage their project or project-like activities when they are unexpectedly placed into roles leading projects, ranging from actual IT projects to planning a meeting or event, to special tasks within their organization. Great for project managers and non-project managers! This session will be repeated at 2:00 PM.
