Strategic and Operational Governance of ICTs in Digital Universities

This session will present the new ICT and project portfolio governance model that we have put in place at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya on a strategic and operational level, applying business and technological criteria.

Outcomes: Understand the importance of having the mechanisms for both the creation of trust-based relationships between business and technology and decision-making about the services to be delivered * Learn how to communicate adequately, manage expectations of stakeholders, and attain higher levels of satisfaction with decision-making processes
