We will share our IR-IT collaborative experience of advancing our analytics capacity to support campus-wide decision making. We will provide our respective viewpoints on our 10-month rollout of dashboards to 7000+ campus users, on expansion of the platform to include multiple data sources, and on how this platform has been invaluable since the pandemic began.

Outcomes: Recognize the advantages and challenges of an IR-IT collaboration in launching a campus-wide analytics platform * Review the capacity of IT and IR to launch an analytics initiative * Describe a phased-analytics plan that focuses on user experience, manages expectations, and establishes a base of data literacy and ethical data use
