Data from the EDUCAUSE study on Digital Transformation (Dx) tells us that six of the top ten benefits of Dx initiatives involve improving the student experience and outcomes. As institutions grapple with Covid-19 and move advising to a virtual setting, it is now more important than ever for staff and leaders in the IT and advising departments to identify shared goals, understand complementary perspectives, and humanize their collaboration as a lever for student-centered redesign.
