Simon Fraser University, with the use of big data and machine learning platforms, performed a university-wide Wi-Fi replacement and expansion project. Discussed in this presentation are lessons about the role of evidence-based decision making, challenging the status quo, and the role of human intuition in the presence of AI-generated insights.
