In 2016 UC Berkeley opened its first one-stop shop for faculty to receive integrated support from multiple campus service providers such as the Center for Teaching and Learning, Research IT, the Library, and Educational Technology. This poster session will outline the collaborative design process, the partnership, and the operational considerations for implementing such a complex integration of services for faculty.
