Due to the proximity of EDUCAUSE 2016 online hotel reservations are CLOSED and all inquiries should be directed to the hotels, including cancellations or change in reservations. Please do not contact the hotels until Wednesday, October 5 to allow the hotels to update their reservation system.

If you have not secured a hotel room for EDUCAUSE 2016, please visit aRes Travel, a third party reservations site. Please be sure to either pay for your registration before visiting the aRes site or come back after booking your hotel to pay for your registration. Your registration is not complete until you click on the PAY NOW button on the dashboard and pay your balance due.
