Imagine your service must be updated to work within a new enterprise system. Your service is fully operational across campus, yet it is only a piece of the 200-person campus-wide project. How do you juggle operations, the pipeline, and being a part of the campus-wide SIS project? This session will explore both challenges and lessons learned.
