Technology and data-informed decision making represent two resources in the institutional toolbox to anticipate challenges and affirm strengths in mission and accountability. But what's missing? The presenter will reflect on the promise of connecting IT and student affairs to illuminate a more robust narrative for planning and stewardship.


Outcomes: Learn about contextual issues that illuminate the importance of a partnership between student affairs and IT (context) * Identify examples of useful insights that student affairs and IT can collaboratively generate to better serve diverse students or operationalize functional areas (content) * Articulate actionable steps that IT professionals can take to improve the delivery and operational management of student services (process)
