Instructional designers and multimedia developers have teamed up with faculty members at Cal Poly Pomona to collaborate on creating interactive learning objects. In this presentation we will take you through our collaborative process of developing learning objects from abstractions to practical simplicity by applying sound principles of instructional design.


Outcomes: Identify the benefits that learning objects offer to simplify the comprehension of abstract concepts *Assemble a solution-based mock-up from the brainstorming of ideas *Apply instructional design principles used in the collaborative process for creating effective learning objects efficiently
