Instructional technology is a cornerstone of innovative and effective teaching and learning. IT leaders must balance a variety of cultures in order to ensure adoption is effective. Infusing both pedagogical and change management models such as SAMR, IPECC, TPACK, and ADDIE into instructional technology ecosystem will lead to institutional success.
