What is the optimal desktop and client service model for higher ed institutions? Four institutions will describe their journey through the strategy, design, and ongoing tuning of service and staff consolidation for desktop and client services structures within their organization. Best practices, nuanced design approaches, and frameworks for planning will be shared through discussion and storytelling.
