Acquiring accessible IT products is a critical component to institutional IT practices that enable and empower the core academic mission of teaching, learning, research, and scholarship. We will share a procurement process exemplifying the collaboration with vendors via university system-wide contract negotiation/procurement strategies.


Outcomes: Understand the iterative, collaborative work needed to define clear levels of accessibility within edtech products *Identify steps needed to engage edtech vendors collaboratively *Learn about the usefulness of a clear VPAT
