One job in IT is to develop a strategy for choosing technology with a promise to deliver the greatest ROI to the institution. Cuyahoga Community College, West Chester University, and the University of Notre Dame have identified strategic technology projects to bring maximum impact to student success, faculty engagement, and the enterprise. It involves ECM technology but maybe in different ways than you might imagine. We'll share recent technology projects with the greatest institutional impact.

Outcomes: Define our individual technology plans and emphasis points for senior management to support the strategy * Present case studies of recent technology projects that we have deemed critical to the institutional mission * Review the roadmap of further technology and process improvements planned for our 2-year and 4-year institutions
