Chances are that at some point in your career you will be asked, “How do we compare to our peers?” Benchmarking against peer institutions is common, but finding appropriate peers can be a challenge. This session will provide you with a few easy methods and rules of thumb for finding the right peers whether benchmarking within the United States or across the globe.
