Makerspaces have become an increasingly popular development for many institutions —an exciting movement for sure, but not everyone is a "maker." Taking new approaches that focus on maker fluencies provides new ways to promote creative coursework, entrepreneurship, and research activities that enrich the student experience across all fields of study.


Outcomes: Explore the opportunities that making presents for student coursework, entrepreneurship, and research *Formulate ideas for implementing maker fluency activities within coursework *Identify key considerations for introducing making as an IT service
