The U.S. Department of Justice has requested comments about potential web accessibility regulations, signaling renewed interest in setting standards for websites and content under the Americans with Disabilities Act. This session will review the proactive steps institutions can take to improve web accessibility before—and regardless of—any new federal mandates.
