Faculty teaching development is a priority yet challenging to implement. We will describe a pilot study of an innovative interprofessional teaching training model. Faculty from five universities created a dozen 5-minute teaching training videos and resource handouts. Survey results revealed perceived benefits while addressing barriers. This model is replicable for interested institutions.
