At the University of Maryland, business school students are partnering with IT to improve complex academic and administrative processes, including procurement, HR, advising, and research administration. This session will describe our process innovation approach and infrastructure; how students help to frame and drive the work; and how the strategic partnership benefits students, IT, and the university.
