Unleashing the Minions: Putting an IT Strategic Plan to Work

Implementing an IT strategic plan means translating strategies into actionable initiatives. We selected six initial implementation initiatives from our campus-wide IT strategic plan and formed cross-division implementation teams to move these initiatives forward. We will share our process in involving the campus in the initiative selection and implementation.


Outcomes: Learn how to collaborate with partners across "traditional" organizational boundaries to implement initiatives *Identify actionable strategies for pulling together large groups of campus constituents *Understand how to structure initiative implementation teams for success
