What Affects Goal Achievement in Online Self-Paced Workplace Learning?

In this presentation, we will demonstrate an online self-paced workplace learning program aiming to help participants learn and use a learning management system. We will then discuss a study that explored factors influencing participants' goals achievement. Implications and suggestions on providing technology online training to employees will be discussed in an interactive format at the end of this presentation.
