Odessa College's comprehensive "Design for Completion" initiative has reimagined the education experience to remove obstacles to student success with impressive results, increasing graduation rates 35% since 2010. After developing agile practices to implement this program, the college is building "agile curriculum" using open educational resources to deliver engaging courses tailored to state-defined learning outcomes for entire degree programs. This session will share the college's approach to moving all departments simultaneously toward OER courses as they build on the best work of peers and communities inside and outside the college to deliver great educational experiences to a needy and challenging student population.
