Reservation Policies
All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee and a one night's deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Room Availability: A block of rooms has been reserved for February 12–15, 2017. The conference rate has been extended to include three days pre and post conference on a space-available basis. You may book over the extended dates online or call the hotel directly to check availability.
