Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
With instructional technologists housed in separate departments and separate buildings, how can we design our cross-campus collaborations to best enable instructional innovation on our campuses? In this session, we'll explore the challenges and victories in building relationships between libraries and IT staff before we had the physical space to do so. Then, we'll share how we're leveraging the opportunity of a new space to transform our interdepartmental partnerships. You will be guided through the process of designing your own ideal collaboration network and planning for potential complications.

Outcomes: Describe the benefits of strengthening the network of teaching and learning organizations on your campus *Develop ideas for building intentional collaborations on your campus *Identify and plan for potential barriers to establishing an interdepartmental instructional technology team
