OpenStax Tutor Beta, digital courseware from Rice University's nonprofit educational initiative, combines its free, peer-reviewed, openly licensed content with interactive features and lesson-reinforcing practice. OpenStax Tutor Beta development is driven by academic research and based on principles from cognitive science and machine learning algorithms. Learn how OpenStax OER – already in use at over 3,000 schools – coupled with low-cost technology not only increases access but also improves student learning.
