Design tools such as gamestorming and the design sprint are powerful facilitation techniques to bridge campus cultural and political barriers, as well as facilitate collaboration between faculty, students, administrators, and IT professionals in order to transform faculty development and create lasting institutional and curricular change. Looking at the specific success at the University of Kentucky, University of Texas System, and the University of Mary Washington the presenters were involved in, the presentation will outline how you can begin to implement such an approach at your own institution.

Outcomes: Learn about the properties and uses of gamestorming and design sprint activities *Learn how to synthesize these tools in an effective facilitation design *Learn how to apply these tools to program design and faculty development
