There are many ways that IT can work more effectively. However, skill is required to identify pressing improvements, as well as to negotiate and anchor those improvements in the culture. Focusing on IT improvement (e.g., IT service management [ITIL] and IT project management), we will discuss ways to conduct higher education IT process improvement.


Outcomes: Identify an IT process improvement at your institution that you can champion * Articulate the longer-term improvement and durable short-term wins along the way * Understand how to engage stakeholders to buy into and add value to the improvement
