This panel will discuss the state of practice applying artificial intelligence (and other advanced data analytics) for learning in higher education. While there is considerable interest in this area, tangible benefits have been slow to materialize. We will discuss what has been achieved and what is coming in the near-term.
Outcomes: Participants will: 1) Better understand recent developments in artificial intelligence applied to higher education. 2) Learn examples that illustrates these developments to provide context. 3) Assess potential opportunities for artificial intelligence for their institution.
