PLEASE NOTE: The housing process has closed, but you may visit our third party reservations partner, aRes Travel. Please be sure to either pay for your registration before visiting the aRes site or come back after booking your housing to pay for your registration. Your registration is not complete until you click on the PAY NOW button on the dashboard and pay your balance due.

Please Note: By booking through the official housing block you're supporting your association by avoiding fees that result from significant sections of the room blocks being reserved but left unfilled or canceled at the time of the conference.

• EDUCAUSE monitors the rates to ensure that you receive the lowest rates available.
• Shuttles are provided to McCormick Place West for hotels that are not within walking distance of the convention center.
• You can book your hotel room now and pay for it later.
• You are able to participate in your preferred hotel loyalty program.
• You will have the opportunity to network with conference attendees staying in the same hotels.
• A housing representative will be available at the conference if you need any assistance.

Shuttle Information

To accommodate attendees staying at downtown hotels, we have scheduled free express shuttles to and from McCormick Place West. These shuttles have their own dedicated shuttle lane so they can avoid traffic each day.

Public Transportation

For those who want to take the Metra Electric line, it will drop you off at McCormick Place South. The conference takes place in McCormick Place West. Pick up the Metra Electric Line from the Millenium station and the McCormick Place station is 7 minutes away.
