Change Your (IT) Culture, Change Your Campus

The University of Oregon and the University of Idaho have undertaken change efforts to improve the quality of IT support during times of leadership change and budget challenges. We will describe those changes—and their intended and unintended outcomes—and facilitate discussion on the applicability of those changes at other institutions.
