Hear from Warren County Community College's administration and head of faculty senate as they share lessons learned from developing and implementing an all-inclusive course fee model institution-wide in less than six months. The team will discuss building consensus across faculty and key implementation best practices. Additionally, they'll address the importance of selecting quality, affordable digital solutions to meet a rural, mobile student population.
