The IT (web sites, forms, internal apps) that most universities expect faculty, staff, and students to use is seriously gender-biased -- but university IT personnel can fix such biases, using a free method called GenderMag (gendermag.org). Learn GenderMag and work together hands-on in small groups, guided by GenderMag’s creator.
