Digital natives require universities to engage with them digitally. Being an early adopter of a first-of-its-kind mobile campus ID using smartphone-based mobile credentials (NFC) was important to Drake University to embrace these digital natives, provide additional security, and offer a new type of unifying credential to engage all across campus.
