Tuesday, October 15, 2019 | 1:15PM–2:15PM CT | Board 811, Poster Area, Halls F1, F2, Level 3
Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
IT can often feel distant from a university's academics, and moving large projects forward can be challenging when faculty, students, and staff must be mobilized. Partnering with departments that straddle IT and academics to serve as a conduit of information can be a useful strategy in moving these projects forward.

Outcomes: Understand how key partnerships across the institution can be leveraged to mobilize populations * Learn how agile methodologies can be leveraged in non-IT environments to generate buy-in through various institutional constituencies * Learn how more "academically adjacent" departments can be utilized to support IT messaging to staff, faculty, and students
