Learn about the technology initiatives the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) is pursuing, get examples of how institutions are leveraging the solutions, and provide feedback on how MHEC can make an impact regionally. MHEC is one of four regional compacts in the United States. The 12 Midwestern states that have enacted legislation to become members of the compact include Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
