Getting to yes is a four-part strategy that is uncommon in campus IT. The process will be explained and practiced using real scenarios. Participants will deconstruct a conflict/negotiation and learn how to work successfully on projects by understanding others' perspectives and put personalities aside to tackle the problem at hand.
