Networking Opportunities

Attendees will have access to various networking opportunities at the conference, both online and in-person. These will come in a variety of formats, including informal meet-ups, career coaching, mentoring opportunities, facilitated discussions, community group meetings, bird of a feather meet-ups, Braindates, and more.

Preconference Workshops

Preconference workshops will be held on Tuesday, October 26, in Philadelphia, and allow participants to spend more time with subject matter experts and colleagues to learn more about a specific topic. Workshops require registration but there is no cost. Attendance is limited to the first 60 who register. View the Preconference Workshops→

Hawkins Leadership Roundtable

This year's newly redesigned Hawkins Leadership Roundtable (HLR) will engage participants in an online, collaborative learning opportunity focused on three critical leadership areas: leadership for digital transformation, leadership to support women in the workforce, and leading a remote workforce. Diana G. Oblinger Innovation Forum

This year's Diana G. Oblinger Innovation Forum explores innovation as a function of resilience. Resilient institutions and individuals have adapted most creatively and well to the changes and uncertainties of this moment. Career Coaching

Career Coaching sessions are complimentary, one-on-one career development meetings. These sessions are open to senior managers/directors, and to those aspiring to, and in, executive positions. These confidential sessions are facilitated by professional coaches in both face-to-face and virtual formats.
