As universities strive to create a student-centric ecosystem, they need to understand how to establish a sense of belonging throughout the entire student life cycle. In this session, two institutions will demonstrate how leveraging a CRM has helped them personalize student interactions with blended data sources, establish consistent issue resolution methods, and foster collaboration across departments to provide students with a seamless experience. Facilitators will describe the strategies used to implement and continuously improve their CRM technologies with both students and Student Affairs staff needs at the forefront of their design.
