The best predictor of the future is no longer the past, so where does this leave higher education professionals in planning for the future? It leaves us with the fresh challenge of cultivating a skill set for foresight. This year’s Diana G. Oblinger Innovation Forum is devoted to developing skills in futures thinking. This one-day, pre conference workshop is designed for individuals and teams to prepare for possible futures for higher education and apply foresight thinking at their institution.
