As students become taxed with digital processes and services from all angles, Cal State Innovate and Fresno State researched the role of technology and the associated pain points for students. Engaging executive leadership all the way down to students themselves, the research team led a campus-wide effort to understand the current state and develop plans for a future state with less digital friction. They will share their research methodology, a summary of findings, and their solutions to date to enhance the student digital experience at California State University, Fresno.
