Wednesday, October 11, 2023 | 3:00PM–3:45PM CT | Poster #401, Halls F1, F2, Level 3
Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
Your project is approved and is ready to start, but how can you ensure and have confidence that the solution is optimal and follows best practices? Are you feeling the weight of an implementation or enhancement project on your shoulders? Do you want to make sure you’re following best practices before starting a build? Are checkpoints needed along the way? Review boards to the rescue! Establishing review boards for all projects will ensure optimal solutions and provide a baseline for knowledge transfer. Board members can range from developers, architects, system administrators and implementation partners to SMEs and can include resources not directly involved with the project. They can bring additional perspectives and personal experience that the project team may not have. Incorporating reviews into your project life cycle will encourage a peer feedback model and provide an environment for collaborative conversation and innovative ideas to surface. Reviews also aid in providing project documentation and knowledge transfer to the development team. Join us to learn how we brought our board and project team together to develop innovative and scalable solutions.
