Consultants: PROfessionals or CONtradicted?

Tuesday, October 10 | 2:30PM–3:00PM CT | W184d, Level 1
Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Presentation/Panel Session
Bringing in consultants has pros and cons. Some negatively look at it as outsourcing, but consultants can provide expertise in short order. Working with consultants carries a distinct set of challenges. When moving into a leadership role, you might find yourself suddenly needing to work with these services. This panel discussion will present different scenarios and share real experiences related to working with contractors or consultants in those situations. We will share a range of viewpoints across several disciplines about working with consultants. Learn how, when, and why (or not) to take advantage of consultants.
