Diverse teams lead to greater creativity and innovation. Equitable practices ensure that everyone has what they need to succeed. Inclusive environments welcome everyone. Belonging is something we all want to feel in our places of work. This session will explore practical steps to create a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Additionally, session attendees will be given opportunities, through polls and group discussion, to share inclusion efforts at their institutions.
