In this full-day workshop, we will provide an overview of cybersecurity resilience planning and how Kent State University adapted its information security strategy when the CISO left. Participants will then engage in a hands-on workshop to complete a cybersecurity assessment for their own institution and leave with a roadmap identifying gaps and recommendations to prioritize improvements. Attendees will also receive benchmarking reports that show how their capabilities compare with those of other institutions. This workshop is designed for higher education leaders responsible for planning cybersecurity strategy and investment, such as CIOs, CTOs, or CISOs.
