A driver diagram is a tool intended to help organize ideas and discover various causes that contribute to an issue you are trying to improve. For its current grant-funded project, NACUBO used this tool with participating institutions to develop actionable tools, frameworks, and models to advance student equity, success, and completion efforts. Through interactive conversations, session attendees will discuss ways to use this tool at their institutions to facilitate activities that build shared understanding, strengthen sense-making, and support data-informed practices.
