This session will highlight key findings from a recent EDUCAUSE survey focused on higher education cybersecurity and privacy professionals, and will present attendees with practical next steps for addressing the workforce issues facing their institutions. Topics will include the challenges and opportunities of working with emerging technologies and shifting cyber regulations in higher education, the skills and workforce gaps facing cybersecurity now and in the future, and institutions' work in protecting their evolving security perimeters. You will hear directly from the EDUCAUSE research and cybersecurity staff, and will have the opportunity to engage directly with your peers in higher ed cybersecurity and privacy.
