The need for flexible organizations has become more evident as institutions have faced game-changing events like the pandemic, increased demand for transformation, and the emergence of generative Al. The flexibility of IT organizations can enable IT to serve as an effective partner in managing change within the institution. Digital transformation initiatives often rely on technology and process change management where the core of these initiatives is about people. This working group developed a framework for a FlexIT playbook to empower all levels of workforce across the institution.
