The University of Southern California (USC) is at the forefront of innovation in the technology and STEAM fields, with a thriving creative space and cutting-edge applications for digital creative solutions. However, USC recognized the need for a shared space for creative collaboration, teaching, learning, and content creation. USC established the Digital Creative Lab (DCL) in the basement of Leavey Library to address this need. In partnership with the USC Provost's Office, the ITS-Learning Environments Team developed and designed the DCL as a collaborative space for students, faculty, and staff to work together and engage in innovative projects.
